 8.  White Christmas Stars recipe

White Christmas Stars

Ingredients 
250g White chocolate
50g Christmas Red & Green Pouch
70g rice bubbles
30g desiccated coconut
30g pistachios, chopped
40g dried cranberries

Method
Step 1 of 8
In a large bowl combine the rice bubbles, coconut, pistachio and cranberries and set aside.
Step 2 of 8
Place 200g chocolate in a heat proof bowl and microwave in short 15 second bursts, stirring between each burst, until melted.
Step 3 of 8
Add 200g of the white chocolate to the rice bubbles mixture and stir to combine.
Step 4 of 8
Spray the inside of a 10cm star shaped cookie cutter mould greased with cooking spray and fill the star with the rice bubble mixture.
Step 5 of 8
Gently push out of the mould and repeat with the remaining mixture. Set aside in the fridge to set completely.
Step 6 of 8
Once set, place the remaining 50g white chocolate in a heat proof bowl and microwave in short 15 second bursts, stirring between each burst, until melted.
Step 7 of 8
Place the chocolate into a piping bag with a small round nozzle and drizzle the white chocolate over the top of the stars, adding Christmas M&M’S® to decorate.
Step 8 of 8
Place in the refrigerator to set completely and once set, store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
