Take a 1.5 hour tour around Frankston's city centre and experience some of Melbourne's freshest street art.

With your hot drink in hand, visit more than 60 mammoth murals around the city centre. With pieces from renowned street art artists such as Smug, PichiAvo, DVATE, Vesod, PEETA EAD, Phat1 and Lady Diva, you will be absolutely fascinated by the stories and inspiration that are now part of Frankston's inner core.

The city centre's urban landscape began to transform with The Big Picture Fest launch in 2018, bringing some of the world's best street artists to Frankston. Painting over the course of a week, they brought a huge jolt of colour to the central core. Annually, The Big Picture Fest has brought more and more international, national and local artists to Frankston, creating an outdoor gallery of more than 60 murals for everyone to enjoy.

Tours cost only $15 per person, which includes coffee, tea or hot chocolate on the Saturday and Sunday tours. During the Friday twilight tours, soft drink or water is included in the ticket price. Street Art Tours will be limited to small groups up to 15 people.

If you're looking for a little more from your street art tour check out the Art, Beers and Baos package which includes a hot/cold drink (coffee, tea, hot chocolate or water offered during the tour), a pint of beer, cider, or glass of wine and two bao buns, provided by the Hop Shop in Playne Street after the tour. Tour costs $35 per person.

If you’re looking for a sweet pick me up after your street art tour we’ve got something to treat the kids (big or small). Check out the Art + Sweet Treats package which includes a hot/cold drink (coffee, tea, hot chocolate or water offered during the tour) and a post tour pit stop to The Cupcake Queens in Station Street to to enjoy one of their delish cupcakes and pair it with your choice of milkshake or hot/cold drink. A great chance to recharge, refresh and look through your tour pics. Tour costs $22.50 per person.

Credit card bookings can be made at imaginefrankston.com. EFTPOS and cash bookings are accepted at the Frankston Visitor Information Centre at 7N Pier Promenade on the Frankston Waterfront. 

Frankston is located within one hour of the Melbourne CBD. Street Art Tours can be easily accessed by car or public transport. The Frankston train line runs directly from Flinders Street Station to Frankston Train Station. The Street Art Walking Tours' starting point is a short walk from the Frankston Train Station. 

Please note: the tours take place in the streets and laneways of Frankston City. Some paths and viewing locations may be uneven and participants in wheelchairs or using a walking aid may require assistance along the tour.

All within a comfortable distance starting from the Frankston Library. Be guided by very knowledgeable tour guides who explain information on each art work and the artists.
