2025/2026 Destination Event Attraction Program

Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 round of Frankston City Council’s event partnership funding - the Destination Event Attraction Program (DEAP).

A creative city, Frankston is an ideal location for audiences seeking unique and memorable experiences at any time of year. 

The DEAP provides financial and in-kind support to organisations to deliver high quality festivals and events that provide remarkable visitor experiences, local engagement and build upon the City’s positioning as a Creative Destination. 

Council is now inviting applications from organisations to create, relocate or host their event in Frankston City.
