Description
Seaford dedicated Dog Beach, opened December 2021.
Keast Park, Seaford has over 200 metres of sand for our furry friends to run and play.
Dogs are allowed to freely roam (24/7) within the allocated markers at Keast Park foreshore from Emergency Marker FCC114 to the water outlet. The area is clearly signposted with information on any restrictions.
The free roam beach area borders Kingston Council. Restrictions between Kingston City and Frankston City differ. Please visit Kingston City for information on their restrictions: https://www.kingston.vic.gov.au/council/local-laws/pets/dog-ownership

- Fenced walkway access to the beach from the car park
- Spillway delineates southern end of proposed area
- Approx. 3 acres of sand/beach area for dogs to roam and links to the southern end of the Kingston Free roam area
- At the bottom of the water fountain located at the Keast Park entry to the beach you will find a drinking bowl for your furry friend
- Poo bag dispenser
- Located at the Northern end of the Municipality beaches
- Horses are permitted to access this area at certain times
