The event will be held on Sunday 13 April from 10:00am – 2:00pm at Cruden Farm, Langwarrin.
No, you do not need to book to attend the event - the event is free to attend. We suggest following the Event Facebook page to keep up to date with information in the lead up to the event.
Yes – for the first time, the gardens will be open to the public for free during the event. To find out further information in relation to Cruden Farm, please visit their website
The theme for 2025 is "Pirates" - come along in your favourite costume for a chance to win a prize!
It is free to attend the event; however, you should bring some money if you wish to purchase food at the event.
There will be a variety of food and beverage for purchase at the event. Feel free to also bring along a picnic blanket and lunch to enjoy the beautiful Cruden Farm grounds with friends and family.
No, animals are not permitted at the event. Service animals are welcome.
Yes, smoking/vaping and alcohol are not permitted at the event or on the grounds of Cruden Farm.
There is no ATM onsite.
In some conditions, it may be necessary for aspects of these events to be modified. In extreme conditions, where it is deemed unsafe to continue, programming may be delayed or cancelled. You can keep up to date by following the Imagine Frankston Instagram page and the Facebook event page
There will be free car parking available onsite at Cruden Farm during the event. Please enter via Cranhaven Road or McClelland Drive and follow the directions of the traffic controllers and parking attendants.
There are a limited number of designated accessible car parking spaces available. Please inform the traffic controllers upon entry, who will direct to you the accessible parking bays.
There are a variety of ways to get to the Party in the Park event including:

Public Transport – Bus number 771, 790, 789 and 791 stop on Cranbourne-Frankston Road outside of Cruden Farm. 777 stops outside Peninsula Private Hospital which is a short walk away. The closest train station is Frankston Train Station with connections via bus numbers 790, 791 and 789 to the event site. Please visit www.ptv.vic.gov.au to plan your journey. 

Driving – If you are driving to the event, entry is via Cranhaven Road and McClelland Drive. To ease congestion, you will only be able to access Cranhaven Road via the Frankston-bound lanes of Cranbourne-Frankston Road, turning left into Cranhaven Road. The right turning lane from the Cranbourne direction of Cranbourne-Frankston Road will be closed.
Once you have entered the site, please follow all directions of traffic controllers as they guide you to a specific car parking space.

Drop Off - If you are arriving via rideshare or taxi to the event and require a drop off location close to the festival, you can enter as a pedestrian on Cranbourne Road (near the bus stop) and Cranhaven Road.

Walking – if you park outside of the event site or are walking from home, pedestrian access is via Cranbourne Road and Cranhaven Road only.
