The event will run for one week from Monday 17 - Sunday 23 March 2025.

New artwork will be created on Thompson St, Park Lane, Olsen St, Young St and external walls of Bayside Shopping Centre, on Fletcher Rd, Thompson St, Keys St and outside the food court.


There is a 3d projection artwork at Netfocus IT on Wells St. There will also be an artist doing a live painting in the Glass Cube at Cube Gallery, 27-37 Davey St Frankston. 

The Block Party is returning with a fresh new line of up entertainment for 2025.  


A community celebration of art and culture, food and drink, this all-ages event is on Saturday 22 March from 4:30 – 10pm in Gallery Lane and Stiebel Lane.


Featuring DJs Pixleton and CuznMatt and performers Snuff Puppets 


Street Art Workshops will take place from 4-8pm 


Come and try Street-Art styling with experienced artists in a Non-Spray Paint workshop, designed to be accessible for both Primary and Secondary aged students. Featuring graffiti lettering and stencilling, this workshop will introduce new skills and allow young-people to complete a piece or two in an afternoon – registration portal coming soon. 

The Block Party is free to enter and inside the event you can purchase food and drink. Award winning Street Art Tours are free during the festival between 17 and 23 March. Bookings are essential.

Australia’s BEST Street Art Tour can be experienced for FREE during festival week. Tours will book-out so we recommend booking fast!

Of Course! We encourage you to head out and see the artists at work as they progress with their mammoth murals, you may even be lucky enough to have a photo or chat with an artist. 

Please ensure you are safe around roads and laneways whenever you are out and about at Frankston’s Street Art Festival.

Gallery Lane and Stiebel Lane will be closed to traffic from 6am Friday 21 March until 3am Saturday 22 March for The Block Party. 


Access to pedestrians remains throughout the Frankston’s Street Art Festival and The Block Party.

Dogs are permitted in central Frankston, provided they are on lead, registered, wearing their registration tag and you are carrying a device to clean up any dog waste. 


Restrictions do not apply to service animals.


At The Block Party, please be mindful that there may be crowds and loud and sudden noises which may startle or cause unnecessary anxiety for your pet.   

Yes, crowd-control professionals will be monitoring the event and taking a zero-tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour.

Yes, Frankston City Council events are smoke and vape free.
