Mornington Peninsula Triathlon Club
Visit the team from the Mornington Peninsula Triathlon Club to find out more about the Frankston Swim Classic taking place at the 2025 Waterfront Festival in February. It’s a great time to set your new summer goal, and what better way to get fit than join the local swim community right here in Frankston offering 400m, 1.2km & 2.5km distances, and new to the 2025 event – a 700m Kids Beach Run!
Davey the Dolphin will be at the marquee, as well as a colouring station and fun sea giveaways for the kids. If you have ever been interested in joining the local triathlon community or are interesting in finding out more about the event, have a chat to the athletes!

Rotary Peninsula 2.0 – Duck Derby
The team at Rotary Peninsula 2.0 will again be hosting the Official Duck Derby at the 2025 Waterfront Festival, with proceeds supporting local community organisations. Visit the team at the Festival to purchase your entry for $10 each, with plenty of prizes up for grabs! Be quick, as these ducks won’t last!
The Duck Derby event will take place at the 2025 Waterfront Festival on Saturday 8 February. 1,200 rubber duckies will be released into Kananook Creek from the footbridge at the end of Playne Street, racing to the collection point near Frankston Boat Hire (near Davey Street). All your Christmas’ have come at once with this free activation the kids will love! Join the @kidzpartywheelz team on Davey Street and have your chance to experience all the action. Testing your best driving skills, a selection of electric vehicles including cops & robbers and construction themes will be available to navigate the course.
