Facilities and Accessibility

Hydration stations will be located in the Lifestyle Precinct and near the entrance to the Pier. Drinking fountains can also be found in the Waterfront Playground. 


We recommend bringing a water bottle to refill and stay hydrated through the day.

There are no on-site accessible parking spaces at the Waterfront Festival.


We recommend using the Safe Drop-off Zone, located on the slip-lane just north of the Kananook Creek Boat Ramp car park entrance to drop-off and pick-up attendees with limited mobility.


Alternatively, existing accessible parking spaces outside the Waterfront Festival event site/ Yacht Club Precinct may be accessed subject to availability.

The Waterfront Festival is an outdoor event. Tables, chairs and umbrellas will be available throughout the event site, this includes existing permanent seating. There is limited shade within the event site, so please come prepared with a hat and sunscreen.  

The Frankston Visitor Information Centre will be open from 10am-4pm on Festival Day Saturday


The accessible beach wheelchair is available to patrons, alongside a charging point for mobility scooters. 


The Centre also holds the MLAK key for the accessible swing in the playground.
