Sandstorm Events brings Sand Sculpting back to Frankston's Waterfront.

Some of the world's most accomplished sculptors have competed for the titles of Australian Champion and Doubles Champions – carving their favourite Storytime Villains and exploring the complex relationship that exists between the villain and hero – every story needs a great villain – without the villain the hero cannot shine.

The Judges have voted and the formal winners have been announced. Now it's your turn to vote for the People's Choice Award. 

Make your way to the event from now until Sunday 27 April to place your vote. While you're there enjoy the onsite activities including: 

  • Children’s Activity Sheet
  • Sand Sculpting Workshops
  • Interactive Photo
  • *Sand Art & Sand Bottles
  • *Sand Mini Golf
  • Large Sand Pit
  • View and vote for your favourite sand sculptures
  • Daily speed carving and sculptor talks
  • Visit our sand museum
  • Visit the food truck park

Head to the event on Easter weekend to join in the fun of the Sandsational Easter Egg Hunt.

Wander among the sculptures and count the number of hidden 'sand eggs' you can find.

All children who count the correct number of sand eggs will receive an Easter Egg and go into the draw to WIN one of six Easter Hampers, valued at $100 each.

(Please note: the Sandsational Easter Egg Hunt is a free activity included with a child's entry ticket between 18 and 20 April 2025).
